Talk 1: Should I Use a Natural or a Pleasant Breath?

Talk 1: Should I Use a Natural or a Pleasant Breath? post image

There is more to breath meditation than “Pay Attention to the Natural Breath.” This talk explores some of the ways to play with and experiment with the breath that are equally “mindful” as the more common instruction, and have surprising extra benefits. This talk goes with the last guided meditation and helps start the inquiry into our experience through breathing.

I sure hope this has been helpful to you in your exploration of meditation.

Loved this “the things that are happening to us are actually happening in us”! I couldn’t have said it better myself! I’ve noticed this some months ago when I had a, I guess you can call it an awakening when I realized that if I change the way I see the world around me the world around me actually becomes what I envisioned it to be! It was amazing to see this taking form in front of my eyes – what I was envisioning in my mind was becoming
    reality!
