    This is just what I needed. I have had a long difficult week with work and personal life. This guided meditation really helped me become more self aware and focused on what I needed. I am also feeling more confident in my meditation times and I feel much more prepared into entering my time of guided meditation.

    I do tend to try to manipulate my breathing during meditation and it takes a while before I feel completely relaxed with my breathing. I need to try your suggestion and just breathe in a way which feels right, not which I believe should be the right way.
